Winning resets your streak. Free rooms are always available during cooldowns.

Every player has a daily loss cap based on the stakes they play. Once you hit your daily limit, you can only play free rooms or come back the next day.

Every player starts with a Fair Play Score of 100. This score reflects your standing in the community:

• 90-100: Excellent standing
• 70-89: Good standing
• 50-69: Under review — may affect matchmaking
• Below 50: Restricted — lower stake tables only

Your score improves with clean, consistent play over time.

If you feel you need a longer break, you have options:

• 1Quick self-exclusion: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days directly from your settings. Instant, automated, no questions asked.
• 2Extended exclusion: Submit a support ticket for 3-month, 6-month, or permanent account suspension. We process these within 24 hours.
• 3During exclusion, you cannot play credit rooms, deposit, or withdraw. Free rooms remain accessible for casual play.

All self-exclusion requests are handled through our support system. Reversing a permanent exclusion requires a cooling-off period and review.

PropertyRush always offers free rooms where no credits are required. Play for fun, practice strategies, or simply enjoy the game without any financial risk. Free rooms have no cooldowns or limits.
